We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. We do ask however that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice on single service appointments. Customers who cancel without notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. For those who have reserved more than one service or a LUXE package, we require 48 hours advance cancellation notice to avoid full fee charges. All multiple service appointments must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate number at time of booking. In the event of a no-show for a scheduled appointment, the client will be charged the full fee (for the services) missed services. For gift certificates, we will consider the value of the services to be deducted from the certificate. Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our clients of changes in availability, and thus helps us better serve everyone. Body Care Services over $50 come with our complimentary make-up touch-ups. All hair care services come with complimentary consultations, scalp massage and make-up touch-ups.
